SUPPOSE An Inspirational Memoir by Christine Logan
Suppose our experiences can help others.
The book is based on some of my own life experiences, inspiration, love, hope, endurance and how we are lucky to have a heart to help us through our tough choices.
I am so grateful to all of you for spending time with me.
My mind is open
My heart, like a sponge
Thinking of you
Absorbing your love
My smile awaiting
My arms, seem lonely
My lips on pause
Wanting you only
Do not doubt
Your love is wanted
Look to the future
Your past is haunted.
By Christine J Logan
Stepping out in the unknown
Reaching up in praise
Falling back with all your trust
Clears away the haze
Even if I stumble
Even if I fall
His love for me is endless
Restoring me when I call
Laughing when I’m happy
Crying when I’m sad
Thankful when I’m thought of
Forgiven when I’m mad
Even if there’s no answer
Even if we doubt
His love is a constant supply
That will never, ever run out.
My heart is tearing in its place
I can not stand this “you lose, I win ” race
Each day goes by, I almost cry
I will NOT give up on this human race
To be saved or to be damned
It’s not who I am!
With all the love that I possess
And all the care in these arms
It’s meant for all people, not just the so called ” blessed”
Forgive me if I upset some
But life to me is already won…
Because of you.
These little guys help occupy my time right now. I will post new poems or updates time to time… But for now… I’m loving every minute of being a Grandma and spending time with my daughter and her boys. Xox
Hope, faith and inspiration are inside all of us. The smallest of things can trigger a memory. Songs, smells, tastes, sound, touch, to name a few. Remember what you’ve experienced in your life has participated in making you who you are. Appreciate what you’ve been through, forgive and keep your head up to a brighter tomorrow.
It’s a wonderful feeling when you read a book, listen to a certain style of music or gaze at a favorite painting.
You feel this gentle tug at your heart, perhaps a tear rolls down your cheek or you smile; just a little.
